  • Cancellation During Project Execution: If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and resources allocated to your project. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation of Ongoing Services: For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation requires a notice period as specified in your service agreement, typically 30 days. You will be billed for services provided during the notice period.

3. Project Cancellation by Pablobetz

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or terminate a project. In such cases:

  • Cancellation Due to Client Breach: If we cancel due to a breach of the service agreement by the client (e.g., non-payment, failure to provide required information), no refund will be issued, and you may be liable for costs incurred up to the termination date.
  • Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: If we cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a prorated refund for services not rendered.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: If Pablobetz fails to provide the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid reason, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Quality Issues: If our deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement, and we are unable to rectify the issues within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate Payment: In case of duplicate or erroneous payments, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, software licenses, stock images).
  • Completed work that meets the specifications outlined in the service agreement.
  • Services already rendered, including consultation time, research, and development work.
  • Administrative fees and taxes.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request within 7 business days and may contact you for additional information.
  3. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Modifications to Projects

If you wish to modify the scope of your project:

  • Requests for modifications must be submitted in writing.
  • Changes that significantly alter the project scope may require a revised service agreement and additional fees.
  • Modifications requested after project completion may be treated as new service requests.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:

  • We encourage clients to first communicate directly with their project manager or account representative to resolve issues amicably.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to the dispute resolution clause in your service agreement.
